About us

Liv Well is a concierge and mobile Holistic Health and Wellness Studio with a mission to encourage everyone to stay focused and make good choices in their pursuit of healthy living. We specialize in birth work ensuring birthers have a prosperous pregnancy and favorable birth. We currently provide yoga and doula services. We are excited to launch our virtual 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Everlimitless a Registered Yoga School, this spring! We hope we connect with you soon, but until, then continue to Liv Well!
