A Virtual Learning Experience

When you are ready to begin your teacher training, we welcome you on this journey, where we teach our 200-hour program virtually online. Through a multidisciplinary approach that focuses on Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga, you will complete seven modules of content over eight weekends.

Pranayama practices

History, philosophy and mythology

Anatomy and alignment

How to sequence a class and weave in a theme

How to schedule clients, some best practices, how to obtain new clients and how to set  up workshops!
